Photoshop Tutorial : Scalloped Border, Curvy Border, Text on a Path, Text Shapes

Fancy scalloped stips like the one showed in this layout? Here is the tutorial I found by by JENNY BINDER on JUNE 29, 2009 about Easy Scalloped Strips. I don't know that making Scalloped Strops is super easy and fun!
