October Mix it Up Challenge : Little Ballerina

I re-used the circles template I scraplifted  before and made this layout for Ginger Scraps' October Mix it Up Challenge. I had fun desaturating everything and splashed a bit of red on the page. Credits :

Mixed Project : Poor Grasshopper

I downloaded the greenish Grassy Alpha a long time ago and intended to create a layout with it later. And today is the day I finally touched the alpha, mixed it with a bunch of other designers products and came up with this grasshopper story. Here are the credits first :

October Inspiration Challenge : What's in a Name?

I really like the theme of Inspiration Challenge at Ginger Scraps this month. Amy, the hostess, asked us to scrap the meaning of our names or someone closer to us. I'm so excited... never thought of that before! I used a dark wood grain background paper from Pixelily Designs and lighter wood grain paper by Kathy Winter Designs for the name tags. The flower, leaves and twigs embellishment came from Picture Designs, Craft-tasthropic, Adorable Pixels and Pixelily Designs. I also used a freebie mask called Penmanship from Studio ViVa Artistry. Isn't Alyssa so cute with the big sunflower?
